Data Entry Clerk

Purpose:
This role will provide support to managers, office employees, and visitors by handling a variety of tasks to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive. Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.

 

Primary Functions:
In general, but not limited to:

  • Providing a high level of customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues as required
  • Perform a variety of administrative and clerical office support activities for multiple staff
  • Compose correspondence to company personnel and external agencies as required. (workhub, memo’s)
  • Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate personnel
  • Data entry in Sage and Workhub which includes payroll summary, vendor, employee info, payables and receivables
  • Booking and scheduling training
  • Assist with coveralls
  • Assist in special projects when required
  • Take meeting minutes
  • Other duties as assigned

Critical Skills & Qualifications:

  • Business Administration Diploma
  • Must be a multi-task and adapt to changing deadlines
  • Minimum 3 years related experience
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Solid understanding of MS Office
  • Sage experience is required
  • Fieldglass experience is required
  • Possession of a positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision

Benefits: Eligible after 90 days
